Front office duties include but are not limited to greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, calling patients regarding their appointments, tracking patient attendance, verifying insurance benefits/eligibility, insurance authorizations, collecting co-pays & co-insurances, faxing, scanning documents and other clerical duties as assigned.
Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be reliable, flexible, courteous, helpful and friendly.
You must be self-motivated, have a sense of urgency in the carryout of all tasks, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, and be highly organized.
You must be willing to take corrective criticism and be a team player.
Attention to detail, a great speaking telephone voice, and a passion for excellence to help run the daily front office operations is required.
